Areas of Law Practice
The law firm itself began as a single practice group in 1995 in a small firm practice environment. Through the past fifteen (15) years, the firm has had direct legal work experience in various state and federal regulatory agencies. Our administrative lawyers have had unique in-house experience with state administrative and licensing agencies in the capacities such as Assistant Attorney General for various divisions within the Texas Attorney General’s Office, Assistant General Counsel to other state agencies in Texas such as the former Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, and the Texas Public Utility Commission. Through this unique insider’s experience both on the government sector side and the private sector side, our regulatory practice lawyers are able to provide a comprehensive practice understanding for our individual and business clients in the unique practice area of administrative law.
Some of our administrative lawyers were also former Judge Advocate General’s or JAG Officers for the U.S. military and its branches and therefore have had direct federal administrative law experience in highly specialized areas of Federal Contracting, Federal Tort Claims Act, Federal Freedom on Information Act, HIPAA, and other federal regulatory boards, commissions and regulatory agencies.Return To Top
