Our administrative lawyers have had unique in-house experience with state administrative and licensing agencies in the capacities such as Assistant Attorney General for various divisions within the Texas Attorney General’s Office, Assistant General Counsel to other state agencies in Texas such as the former Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, and the Texas Public Utility Commission.
